Hello friends,
Come join us for a new Brushtime event designed to help you work through your work stress.
We will be doing 2 drawing exercises and here is what you can expect during the session:
- 5 min – Welcome and Introduction
- 20 min - Guided work-related drawing exercise
- 45 min – Guided step-by-step relaxing drawing session
- 10 min – Optional sharing and closing reflections
To participate, just bring a work situation that’s been on your mind, a pen or pencil, and some paper—nothing fancy required.
This is an online event, open to all—no matter your geographic location or how much drawing experience you have.
You don’t need to be “creative” or “artistic” to join. Just come as you are.
Everyone is welcome :-)
PS: Please arrive on time so we can begin together. Once the session is fully underway, I will not be able to let people in from the waiting room.
