Hey, creative folks! 🎨
If you want to give your I-do-it-alone hobby a bit of an extroverted spin, you are in the right place! Whether you draw, knit, make friendship bracelets or whatever - you are welcome in the Arts-&-Crafts club 💙
The main idea is very simple: we gather somewhere with a good light, bring our materials, and do what we do together instead of alone at home with YouTube. Maybe at some point we can do smth workshop-like, but it is not the goal. What are the goals and what's in it for us:
- We get to meet new people, get a community - something that doesn't happen on the sofa at home
- We get reserved time slots for our hobbies, so that they are not lost and forgotten in a chaos of life
- We can exchange tips, tricks, experiences and ideas
- We get a supportive environment to show what we've got, cause (unlike Online) no haters allowed!
- Who knows, maybe we get inspired and try something new!
Some background:
The idea comes from a drawing club we had back at home. Artists gathered in some cafeteria and had lots of fun: exchanged drawing materials for a bit, drew sketches for each other (or of each other!), gave advices and corrected each other's sketches, got some beer and laughs. And I loved that. And I miss it 😢

P.S. a few words about me:
Name's Ekaterina, 30, biologist by education. I work remotely, and my main hobby is drawing with alcohol markers. Read between the lines: 90% of my awake-time I spend at my desk with my cat, send help!
(Although Mia is super cute, all members of the club will get to see the pictures, so go ahead and join, its gonna worth it)
