Past Life Regression: connect with your spiritual purpose

During this Group Past Life Regression experience, I guide you to focus on positive experiences and you are able to notice events as an objective observer, as you simply detach from any physical or emotional discomfort. I'll first guide you to create a peaceful, beautiful, safe place, within. Then, re-experience happy current-life childhood memories and feel the pleasant sensations of being in the womb. Explore some positive past life experiences, you are invited to immerse yourself in the good feelings. As an objective observer and detaching from any physical or emotional discomfort, you may choose to objectively review and perhaps learn from the death experience in the recalled lifetime. Perhaps renew or free yourself from any past agreements, promises or contracts keeping only what serves you. As you reach back to perceive the fullness of your past, choose to feel the relief of forgiveness and the sensations of unconditional love. You are invited to open your heart and soul to the beauty, truth, and wisdom within and return to the current place and time bringing with you, any insights, gifts, talents and abilities that serve you, or simply appreciate the experience of the story unfolding from within you.

Wear anything you are comfortable in. We are either going to be sitting in chairs or sitting or laying down on yoga mats, depending on capacity & group preference. Feel free to bring a pillow, a blanket or dress in layers (recommended). Yoga mats are provided by Dual Crossroads (limited supply). You are encouraged to make postural changes as necessary throughout the session to be at your most comfortable & otherwise are laying peacefully still while journeying back through time.
