【法廷見学 Meetup ツアーのお知らせ】

大阪地方裁判所での法廷見学ツアーを実施します。裁判所は、公平な裁判を通じて、憲法で保障されている私たちの権利や自由を守る、大切な役割を担っています。この機会に、裁判所の仕事と役割について学びませんか？

●日時：８月２０日（火）午前の部
●集合時間：午前９時
●集合場所：大阪地方裁判所/本館正面玄関前
●募集人数：10～15名　※10名以上で団体傍聴が可能です
●参加費：一人500円（※Meetupシステムの利用費に当てられます。ガイド費ではありません。年齢制限あり：中学生以上）
●言語：日本語
●内容：午前９時２０分スタート①裁判所職員により”裁判所の役割、裁判手続、裁判員制度”についての説明②空き法廷の見学（裁判官席などに座り、記念撮影）③2グループに分かれ法廷見学　11時～11時半終了予定。※裁判所職員による説明は無料で実施されます

※注意事項：入庁時の持ち物検査があります。大阪地方裁判所では、金属探知機等を使用した所持品検査があります。はさみ、カッター、スプレー缶等の危険物の持込みは禁止されています。

※交通手段：公共交通機関をご利用ください。お車でお越しの場合は、近隣の駐車場をご利用ください。

※撮影及び録音について：裁判所の敷地内及び建物内は、写真撮影及び録音が禁止されています。ただし、当日空き法廷の見学時間中のみ、その法廷内での写真撮影は可能です。個人の記念という趣旨での撮影許可となりますので、撮影した写真をホームページやSNS等にアップすることはご遠慮ください。

【Learn About the Work of the Court! Osaka District Court Courtroom Tour】

We are organizing a courtroom tour at the Osaka District Court. The court plays a crucial role in protecting our rights and freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution through fair trials. Would you like to learn about the work and role of the court through this opportunity?

●Date and Time：August 20th (Tuesday), Morning Session
●Gathering Time: 9:00 AM
●Meeting Place: In front of the main entrance of the Osaka District Court
●Participants：10～15 people
●Fee：500yen per person (※This will be used for Meetup system usage fees. It is not for guide fees. Age restriction: Junior high school students and above)
●Language：Japanese
●Schedule　9:20 AM Start
①Explanation by court staff about "The Role of the Court, Court Procedures, and the Lay Judge System"　②Tour of an empty courtroom (sitting in the judge's seat, commemorative photo)
③Courtroom tour in two groups　Ends around 11:00 - 11:30 AM
※The explanation provided by court staff is free of charge.

※Important Notes
Security Check: There will be a security check upon entering the court. The Osaka District Court uses metal detectors and other means to inspect belongings. Bringing dangerous items such as scissors, cutters, and spray cans is prohibited.

※Transportation: Please use public transportation. If you come by car, use nearby parking facilities.

※Photography and Recording: Photography and recording are prohibited within the premises and buildings of the court. However, during the tour of an empty courtroom on the day of the event, photography is allowed only inside that courtroom. This permission is granted for personal commemoration purposes, so please refrain from uploading the photos to websites or social media.
