This workshop is designed to give you everything you need to confidently begin painting — even if you believe you “cannot paint.”

Many adults carry a strong inner critic:

“I’m not creative.”
“I’m not talented.”
“It’s not good enough.”
This voice is not a lack of ability.
It is a protective pattern.

In this workshop, we work directly with that inner critic.
Through carefully designed prompts and intuitive painting techniques, you will learn how to soften perfectionism, quiet self-doubt, and trust your creative impulses.
This is not about copying a motif.
It is about reconnecting with your own creative language.

## What You Will Experience

• Structured exercises to activate intuition and flow
