What we're about

Throughout human history, art has been connected with spiritual practice. These workshops are designed to explore yoga as a path to awaken creativity for art making. Art/Yoga Fusion will include processes of self-discovery, personal growth and collaboration through art and yoga taught as complementary practices. Each session will begin with a yoga asana, followed by a related art project, and close with a guided meditation. All levels of experience are welcome, including those who have never touched a yoga mat or a paintbrush.
