History of Latin American Art Full course - 8 sessions

Are you an art lover looking to expand your knowledge? Want to learn about Latin America and don't know where to start? Or are you seeking fresh inspiration for your creative work?

With this course, you will achieve these goals, as well as become the most interesting person in the room.

This course offers an overview of Latin American art history, from Pre-Hispanic to Contemporary Art. Through the discussion of Latin American art movements and works of art, we will enter into the imaginary of its people - mythologies, symbols and collective experiences.

The sessions will be run with a communicative approach, giving space to personal interpretations based on previous knowledge, intuition and creativity. The final training in "the art of seeing" will be a visit to the Berardo Museum, where we'll perform a collective reading of modern Latin American pieces.
