Lunch at the Red Lion

10am start over the Bostal from St Mary's to coffee in Steyning. Then lunch at Red Lion in Ashington, where we hope to meet up with the group camping at Knepp. Finish along Down's Link to Shoreham. 32 miles- mainly roads with the Bostal the only hill.

Option to start from Shoreham 10am (please indicate which start when booking).

Please ensure that your bike is roadworthy and you have sufficient equipment to fix minor problems such as punctures.
All participants are ultimately responsible for their own safety and wellbeing and should be aware that the medical/first aid provisions are no different than if they were riding on their own or informally with friends.
