Easy ride via Poling and Littlehampton

Non-members welcome.

Meet at Worthing Pier at 10:00.

We will ride through Ferring and Angmering to Poling where we will take the bridleway to join the Lyminster bypass. From here we will head south to Littlehampton where we will have coffee at Board AF in Wick. After that we will return via Rustington and The Bluebird to Worthing. The ride is flat, but there are 4 sections of byway / bridleway and touring tyres are recommended.

We should be back by about 1:30pm.

If you have a pump, puncture repair kit and a basic cycling tool kit, we recommend bringing them (just in case).

Children are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult.

All participants are ultimately responsible for their own safety and wellbeing and should be aware that the medical/first aid provisions are no different than if they were riding on their own or informally with friends
