Lunch at Sage House

A 28 mile ride starting from Littlehampton Footbridge (the green on the West side).

7 miles to 11s at Hotham Park, Bognor Regis. Lunch after 17.5 miles at Sage House, Tangmere. Return to Littlehampton, total 29 miles. No Hills, but some short sections of good tracks.

Please ensure that your bike is roadworthy and you have sufficient equipment to make minor repairs such as a puncture.

All participants are ultimately responsible for their own safety and wellbeing and should be aware that the medical/first aid provisions are no different than if they were riding on their own or informally with friends.
