Lunch at Springs (hopefully)

Start at Worthing Pier at 10:00 or Shoreham Tollbridge at 10:30 (please advise). Coffee at (depending on group) at one of: 1) Porteur 2) St Ann's Well Gardens 3) Drury tea & coffee or 4) Wish Park Cafe (all in Hove), then over Devils Dyke for Lunch at Springs (TBC).

Social group(s) will return via Coombes Road to the Shoreham wooden bridge. Enthusiast group(s) will return via Monarch Way to St Mary's Church in Sompting. Enthusiast ride is 30 miles and 1,608ft ascent / Social ride is 30 miles and 1,247ft ascent.

Please ensure that you have a spare inner tube and/or the means to repair a puncture and resolve minor mechanical issues.

All participants are ultimately responsible for their own safety and wellbeing and should be aware that the medical/first aid provisions are no different than if they were riding on their own or informally with friends.
