One Stop to South Harting (Enthusiasts)

One of two rides available.

Enthusiasts meet 10am at Barnham station. Lavatory / flask of coffee stop at Singleton (Repair Shop Museum). Lunch at the White Hart, South Harting. 41 miles / 1600ft all road. Leave pub by 1.30pm so return to Barnham by 3.30pm.

Notes:
This is the reverse route of the ride in November, ie now anti-clockwise. That means there is a very steep hill for half a mile just after lunch with max gradient at 13%. It can't be avoided but road is fairly quiet so OK to walk up on the road. Also note that there aren't any cycle shops nor train stations (and maybe no phone signal) around South Harting so check your bike thoroughly.

Please ensure that your bike is roadworthy and you have tools for minor repairs, including a spare inner tube and/or puncture repair kit.
All participants are ultimately responsible for their own safety and should be aware that the medical / first aid provisions are no different from if they were riding on their own or informally with friends
