Social Ride to Edge and the Ship and Anchor, Ford
Details
A 34 mile ride, mostly flat. Meeting at Angmering Station, North side, and head for Littlehampton Prom stopping for coffee at Edge after 8 miles. We continue to Westergate and cross the A27 at Crockerhill. Country lanes take us to the underpass at Fontwell and then to the Ship and Anchor at Ford for lunch after 25 miles. The return route to Angmering Station is via Arundel and Warningcamp, crossing the A27 at Poling.
Please ensure that your bike is roadworthy and you have sufficient equipment to make minor repairs such as a puncture.
All participants are ultimately responsible for their own safety and well being and should be aware that the medical / first aid provisions are no different than if they were riding on their own or informally with friends.
