Hilly Social Ride: 35 miles from outside Amberley Station (can be made longer by cycling the Khyber Pass from Crossbush).
Lunch at Garstons, Midhurst Market Square.
Elevenses at Old Yard Cafe, Duncton (7miles).
From coastway line change at Ford Station arriving Amberley at 10:18. Advise, check return train times back to Ford or Littlehampton.
Please ensure that in the interests of safety, your bike is reasonably well maintained. Carry your own spare inner tubes and patches or tubeless paraphernalia to mend punctures, not forgetting a pump. If roadside repairs are not possible you shall be expected to try to arrange your own return home.
All participants are ultimately responsible for their own safety. Road surfaces are variable.
Be visible to traffic, but please be cautious of riding two abreast.
The first aid provisions are no different than if you were out on a ride with friends.
