Yoga and Potluck at the Park

Join us for our first Yoga + Social event of the season! We'll meet at Majestic View park in Arvada for an hour long, slow-flow, love infused, yoga class followed by a potluck style hangout. Bring something to share after class and we'll have some snacks and make some new friends!

Bring a yoga mat or blanket, water, layered clothes, and something to eat and share, and a reusable dish & utensil if you can. I'll bring some plates, napkins, and utensils so if your dish requires something else (serving spoon, sharp knife, etc) please also bring that.

I look forward to seeing some familiar faces and meeting some new ones!
