Why go a bar crawl in Asakusa? Why not Shibuya, Roppongi, or Golden Gai?
If you want to attend a bar crawl where you can actually talk to people, enjoy a little breathing room, and get some quiet time between venues, then this is the event for you. The bars in our crawl are not extremely busy, but still populated with locals, expats, and other travelers. There are no nightclubs in Asakusa, and all venues chosen are friendly, conversation-driven locations.
Are there any fees? Can I join or leave at any time?
I will be actively updating the location of the event over social media, but please try to join us at our first venue Asakusa Smile Bar and Cafe by 8PM in order to be with the main group.
There is no fee to join this event, and you are welcome to join or leave the event at any time. In the event of an overflow of participants, we may split the event between two venues temporarily, and converge again at a larger bar.
Is there an age limit for this event?
Please be of legal drinking age in Japan (20) to join this event. We have had participants at our previous event ranging from ages 20 to 85, so please don't hesitate to join us. We want an inclusive environment of all adult ages!
