Hi everyone!
Thank you so much for joining us and showing interest in having lessons with us
We are a group of experienced and skilled private Japanese language teachers working as a team called Asao Language School.
We provide quality-learning experience to Japanese language learners of various levels, professions, nationalities, first languages and age groups with their individual study goals both in person and online.
All of us are native Japanese speakers with an extensive teaching experience abroad as well as in Japan. We originally come from various professions ourselves and love providing the opportunities to learn, to share and to grow together.
Our lessons in person take place at our classrooms in Shin-Yurigaoka and Shinjuku, at rental classrooms at the locations of your choice in the Kanto region as well as online. We also have a community on Discord https://discord.gg/t6NkjmqUE7
We are here to assist you become more literate, more fluent and more confident over all in the use of Japanese language :)
We also regularly organise a variety of Social / Cultural Activities.
Through those fun and educational events, we aim to create opportunities for our community members to get to know each other as well as to learn about life in Japan.

当校は、語学学習、多文化交流、異文化理解を目的とする語学教師のグループとして2014年5月に活動を開始致しました。
既存の語学学校とも無料ボランティア教室とも違う、新しい語学教育の道を確立すべく、一人一人がプロの教師としての自覚を持ち、学習者の希望に添った良質なレッスンをする事を目的として日々努力を重ねております。
既に日本語教師として働いている方、現在日本語教師を目指して勉強中の方、副業として日本語を教えることを検討されている方、日本語教育に興味を持ち始めた方など、資格や経験の有無は問いません。新しいチャレンジや成長のチャンスを探している方はぜひご連絡下さい。

仕事内容:
対面及びオンライン日本語レッスン
一般日本語、ビジネス日本語、試験対策 (JLPT、BJT、JFT Basic等)、日常会話、また日本語の履歴書作成等、個人のニーズに合わせた様々なコンテンツを提供しております。
給与時給:
1,100 円 ～ 3,950 円
昇給は約1年に一度、主に以下の点を考慮し総合的に判断しお伝え致します。

学習者からのフィードバック
学習者のリピート率
Asaoへの貢献度 (勉強会やアクティビティーへの参加率)
どれだけ柔軟にレッスンを受けて頂けるか

ご連絡頂き、デモレッスン、個人面談へと進みます。全てオンラインで行います。
