Beach Yoga and Paint

Join us for a serene evening of yoga and painting as we watch the sun set over Asbury Park Beach. This guided session will start with 45 minutes of gentle beach yoga and light meditation to help ground your body and release those creative juices. Next, we will finish the night with some beginner-friendly watercolor paintings and a frame for you to showcase your artwork! We will promptly provide all art materials and meet at the Asbury Park Art Club at 6 pm.

Items to bring:

• Beach Towel/Blanket
• Snack and water

We Provide:

• Watercolor paper
• Watercolor paints and brushes
• A water cup or small container for rinsing brushes
• Painter’s tape or clips to secure paper
• A small board or surface to paint on
• Frame
• Paper towel
