The purpose of this group is to become more self aware of who you are.
Anyone who is interested in getting to know themselves more and to improve their self may learn more about themselves or about others.
During my events I will share insights that helped me to improve more self realization. I am here to help share what I've learned in order to have a more healthful life.
We will end with anyone giving their advice/insight on the topic discussed.
