The group is well-established and hoping to invite more participants. The format is open and semi-structured on the classic ASCA 21-Step Program.

- This is a peer driven support group. All those who attend are survivors including volunteer facilitators. We alternate hosts between Liberty and Aubrey. Liberty is the default host on Meetup but doesn’t mean she will be the host for that meeting.
- Asca meetings are exclusively for adult survivors of physical sexual or emotional childhood abuse and or a neglect.
- Asca meetings are not for survivors who are currently perpetrating abuse on others.
- This is an anonymous meeting only first names are used; video is strongly encouraged. What you hear today is told in confidence and should not be repeated outside this meeting.
- Please arrive on time and remain until the conclusion of the meeting.
- Refrain from side-talk and remain an active participant throughout the duration. Please do not multitask.
- Language that is considered derogatory concerning race, gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or the minority status is unacceptable in our meeting. If anything is said that is not addressed, please directly contact a facilitator.
- ASCA states true healing only begins after you have stopped contact with your abuser, this however is not a requirement to be part of the group.
