As the Harvest Moon rises, nature reminds us that there is a season for gathering and a season for letting go.
Join Cassandra Hidalgo (Ascended Minds), Noi Keothammakhoun (Saola Sparkle) and special guest Bradley Bartlett for a 4-hour immersive retreat experience under the Full Moon where we'll slow down, reconnect, and create space for what comes next.
Through movement, sound, breath, reflection, and connection, we'll explore simple, accessible practices to help you create space, release what you're ready to let go of, and reconnect with yourself, others and the present moment.
