Weekly Online Gathering
Our weekly online gathering is a welcoming space to slow down, connect with God, and grow alongside others on the path of spiritual awakening. Each gathering includes guided meditation, breathwork and energization practices, contemplative music and chanting, a practical teaching drawn from the wisdom of various spiritual traditions, and meaningful group discussion where everyone is invited to ask questions, share insights, and encourage one another. Whether you're new to meditation or have been practicing for years, you'll find a supportive community committed to authentic spiritual growth.
What You'll Need
Just consider sitting in a comfortable seat in a comfortable position with your back straight, also I highly recommend quality earbuds or headphones especially for the music and chanting portion. You can always put on transparency mode. Also be aware breathwork is safe for most people, just don't participate in any breath holds if you have any advanced heart or lung condition, or uncontrolled high blood pressure. Other portions of breathwork are completely safe for everyone.
