Every Friday Morning, "I AM" CONSCIOUS DANCE with Rev. HoniB, is dedicated in guiding you to the INNER ELEMENTS of Earth, Water, Fire and Air within you so the INNER ENERGY builds up to the Ecstatic Realm where you can access the PRESENCE of Your "I AM" within.

Please note the music is always slow (this is for Earth Element). Then it goes to more fluid music (which is for Water Element to move the emotions stuck inside). Then off to higher beat (which is for Fire Element to transmute the density) and then off to Air to get those Victorious Wings of Freedom and then off to Ecstatic in pure Liberation.

As you begin, there are all kinds of EMOTIONS inside of you that is ready for you to meet with and it is through the movement, they begin shifting from one state to another.

It is so important to DECIDE within what it is that your heart is being called to Make contact with that Awareness and then start. This is a SILENT DANCE so you are PRESENT WITH YOU and feel the freedom to allow your BODY TO MOVE in the way it wants to so the energies move through your body.
