About us

This group is a space for people who are curious about sound, relaxation, and mindful presence. We meet in small groups to experience gentle sound journeys using instruments such as singing bowls, combined with breathing, rest, and quiet reflection.

The focus is on slowing down, connecting with yourself, and sharing a calm moment together. No prior experience is needed. Groups are intentionally small (around 3 people) to create a relaxed and personal atmosphere.

This is not therapy, but an opportunity to explore sound, stillness, and community in a mindful way.
