The Southwest Modern Workplace & Cloud Community User Group is a local technology community based in southwest Chicagoland, focused on Microsoft Modern Workplace and related cloud solutions.
Our mission is to bring together IT professionals, consultants, administrators, and technology leaders to share real-world knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned around Microsoft’s modern cloud ecosystem. Topics include Endpoint Management (Intune), VDI (AVD/Win365), Entra ID, security and compliance, collaboration, automation, and related Microsoft 365 & Azure cloud technologies.
Meetups feature a mix of technical sessions, demos, architecture discussions, and open community conversations ranging from beginner to advanced levels. Whether you manage endpoints, design cloud strategies, support end users, or advise organizations on modern IT, this group is a place to learn, network, and grow alongside peers in the southwest Chicagoland area.
All experience levels are welcome. Our goal is to build a collaborative, community focused on modern, secure, and scalable workplace technology.
