Technical Sewing Event: Learn How to Read a Sewing Pattern

Details
Join us for our November Technical Event – How to read a sewing pattern
Not everyone who sews is a garment maker; for those of you sewists who don’t have a lot of experience with reading clothing patterns, this event is for you!
We will have a beginner level pattern available that you will learn how to read while making a fun drawstring bag to take home.
Please bring the following items with you: A sewing machine and basic sewing notions, 1/2 yard of 44" wide fabric, 1 pair of 30" shoelaces, or a 60" length of cording.
Pre-made supply kits will be available for $10. Please contact Anne Kuehn no later than November 1st if you would like to purchase a kit (Anne@designtofashion.com).
This month’s meeting will take place at Koelbel Public Library, Meeting Room A
