Within Agile, the role of the RTE carries numerous responsibilities and priorities. Frequently, RTEs encounter challenges in accurately monitoring and tracking the progress of ARTs, regardless of the maturity level of the Product(s) or ARTs themselves. Why do we have these challenges? What facets of team-of-team structures contribute to the complexity of progress tracking?

We will explore how, as an RTE, you can manage these conditions. We will also discuss what contingencies RTEs should implement when the system encounters disruptions, or ARTs confront difficulties in achieving their committed objectives and desired outcomes.
