ASGA DUES PAYING MEMBERS ONLY-Pay at The Course Event

Welcome to another year of our Wednesday 9 hole Lone Tree events. This is a biweekly event starting May 21st and running through September 24th.

This year the course only has 3 tee times for us each event starting at 5:30 pm.

RSVPs will open 2 weeks before and close the Sunday prior to the event. I will publish foursomes on the Monday before the event so please let me know any playing partner requests by Sunday evening.

THIS IS A PAY AT THE COURSE EVENT. YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO USE YOUR ASGA CREDITS FOR PAYMENT. Senior discounts and coupon books apply. Lone Tree requires us to close the event prior to the event. If you fail to notify the organizer in less than 48 hours prior to the event, you will be considered a "no-show".

Please be at the course 45 minutes prior to your Tee time. There is an 18 hole event the same day as well. If you sign up for the 18-hole event this event overlaps, so be sure not to sign up for both events.

**If you are marked as going and cancel less than 48 hour in advance you will be considered a no show and no shows will not be able to attend the next 2 Lone Tree Mid-Week 9-Hole events. Last minute cancellations without finding a replacement and no shows not only affect our relationship with golf courses, but it also keeps another members from playing.

ASGA MEMBERSHIP:
Joining our Meetup site is just a precursor to joining the ASGA. Our golfing activities require that after playing one event without belonging, to continue you must join the American Singles Golf Association (http://www.singlesgolf.com/denver).
Some general comments concerning our golf outings:

1. Once pairings are posted, please do not cancel unless absolutely necessary. Lone Tree relies on your attendance and finding replacements at the last minute is not always possible!
2. Keep up with the pace of play. Be mindful that the last group out may not get to finish before dark if play is slow.
3. Please wear the proper golf attire to all our events. Lone Tree is strict on this.
4. Beginning golfers, consider playing some of the forward tees or playing best ball part of the time. If you are falling behind, pick up your ball and drop near another member of your group.
5. Ensure you arrive at least 45 minutes prior to event tee time or 60 minutes prior to event tee time if you want to warm up.
6. Most of all have fun.
