• FRI 04/17: District Quartet Semifinals, Friday Night “Tags & Bites”, President’s Dinner for Chapter Leadership, Woodshedding/Tag Room
• SAT 04/18: District Chorus Contest & Showcase, District Quartet Finals (w/Show of Champions), Chapter Hospitality Suites and Late Night Pizza Party

Friday, April 17:

• 1:00-3:00 pm: Registration open at Hampton Inn
• 4:00 pm: Doors and registration open at West Henderson High School
• 4:50 pm: Mass Sing in high school auditorium
• 5:00 pm-10:30 pm: Quartet Semifinals
• 10:45 pm-??: Tags and Bites Pirate Party, Mass Tag Sing, and Woodshedding, Home2 Suites
• 10:45 pm-12:45 am: Feedback sessions at the high school

Saturday, April 18:

• 8:00 am: Doors open at West Henderson High School
• 8:30 am: MEN IN HARMONY on the risers for warm up for appr. 10:00 am Sing
• 9:00 am: Registration opens at high school
• 10:00 am-1:20 pm: Chorus Competition
• 1:45-4:45 pm: Feedback sessions at the high school
• 3:30-4:15 pm: BHS Ambassador Beverly Greene drop-in session, Hampton Inn
• 4:30-5:30 pm: President’s Reception at Hampton Inn (by invitation)
• 5:30 pm: Ticket sales open at high school
• 6:20 pm: Mass sing in high school auditorium
• 6:30-9:00 pm: Quartet Finals
• Asheville Music Medics on stage during Judging time
• 9:20-11:20 pm: Feedback sessions at the high school
• 10:00 pm - ?? Afterglow/hospitality suites/woodshedding, late night pizza
