About us
This is a group for Breathworkers and Breathers to post and share events and opportunities in the community for the practice of Breathwork. What is Breathwork? Breathwork, through deep breathing and evocative music (usually), facilitates access to all levels of human experience, including unfinished biographical material, birth memories, transpersonal phenomena, and residues of trauma stored in the body. This experience can allow for deeper layers of the psyche to emerge for integration and healing. It is transformative! Please note that most events are paid events; follow the posts to learn more.

Breath Medicine: Breathwork Inside the Cave
Asheville Salt Cave, 16 N. Liberty St, Asheville, NC, USThis is a paid event in collaboration with Asheville Salt Cave with limited spots- registration is required. Please register here.
Join The Breath Nurse for Breath Medicine: a restorative RESET Breathwork experience held within the calming, mineral-rich environment of the salt cave. This session is designed to boost energy, relieve stress, and support overall health and well-being.
Inside the cave, the therapeutic properties of halotherapy blend with conscious connected breathwork, gentle guided meditation, simple visualization, and music for a full-body reset to leave you feeling relaxed, recharged, and renewed. With each intentional breath, the body calms, the mind clears, and your energy begins to shift. You’ll leave with a deeper sense of peace and wellness.

Group Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) Round 17
Fairview Space for Transformation, 81 Log Gap Rd, Fairview, NC, USNote: The following is posted here because of its relevance to those who are interested in Breathwork. If you'd like to find out more about this program, please follow the link at the end rather than RSVPing here. Please read the information on the website rather than just showing up at the event, as there are steps necessary before you participate.
We are currently interviewing for our 17th round of Group Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). Many participants have reported important shifts and much appreciation for the process, and the last group was no different. Our next cohort begins with online orientation on April 20 & 22, followed by medicine sessions on April 26, 28 & 30.
Grounded in the Holotropic Breathwork approach to working with nonordinary states of consciousness, the group model dramatically lowers the financial barrier to receiving this exciting new treatment. In addition, participants are reporting much value from doing this work as part of a group.
Participants will receive three ketamine experiences with same-day integration processes and extensive processing before and after. We are looking to find the most benefit from the neuroplasticity created by the medicine.
The whole process will be guided by the Internal Family Systems perspective, which aligns brilliantly with the nonordinary state work and allows compassion for parts that fear the journey.
