Our First Meetup

Come join us for our inaugural meeting! We will be discussing the following:

“What is spam in Bitcoin, why it matters, and what we can do about it”

The meeting format will consist of a short explanation of monetary vs non-monetary transactions, the effect of non-monetary bloat on the blockchain, and what actions we can take to keep Bitcoin secure and decentralized. Then we will open up for questions and discussion.
