Asheville Business Recovery: Sharing Resources, Strategies, and Support

Asheville Business Owners,

In the wake of Hurricane Helene, I know many of us are grappling with a lot of uncertainty—both in our personal lives and as business owners. It’s natural to wonder if now is even the right time to talk about business, with so many in our community still in shock and focused on cleanup, rebuilding and sorting out our lives. But I believe that coming together to support one another is a key part of moving forward whenever you decide the time is right. As business owners, we face unique challenges, and we also have the opportunity to share resources, offer support, and figure out how to rebuild stronger, together.

Join us for an informal, virtual discussion on Friday, October 11th, from 9:00 to 10:00 AM. This will be an open, collaborative space where we can share experiences, ask questions, and cover topics like:

• Communicating with customers and employees during recovery
• Available financial aid and SBA loans
• Adjusting business operations to meet current challenges
• Sharing local recovery resources
• An open Q&A for questions and advice
