Plant your seeds of intention for the coming moon cycle ~ big and small ~ in sacred sound ceremony with the divine feminine. No musical experience is necessary. This month we meet at the large stone (indoor) fireplace.

We drop in with our intentions and create a conscious container to allow whatever frequencies want to move through ~ past the programmed judgments of right/wrong/good/bad. Together we practice surrender, trust, presence and acceptance.

Please bring instruments if you have them (we all have a voice— bring it!).

Cacao will be served in opening ceremony. Bring snacks to share if you feel called. This event is drop-in friendly and donation-based ($11-$33). Proceeds from this event will be donated to the Cherokee Nation Foundation.

Come when you can, leave when you need to. We will close the sound ceremony at 8:30 pm and then will move into the wellness center for steam room, sauna & cold plunge. Overnight accommodations are available upon request.
