Motherhood often asks us to pour so much of ourselves into our children that our capacity for the world beyond them feels limited. Our focus narrows out of necessity, even when we still care deeply about others, the planet, and the kind of future we hope to create.

We hope you leave this session feeling validated in your limits, more compassionate toward yourself, and reassured that the love you give your child is already part of the world you want to create.
