Co-parenting is not one-size-fits-all. It might be a partner, an ex, a grandparent, a friend, or a mix of people showing up to raise a child. Some days it flows. Other days, it feels like you are pulling in opposite directions.
We are here to discuss that tension and hope you leave feeling a little more grounded in yourself and clearer on what you need moving forward.
