The RAD Walk: Movement, Kindness, and Fresh Air

*UPDATE (Construction blockage) - We will be starting at 229 Riverside Dr. and walking a path down Lyman street that takes us past Hi-Wire toward Amboy Road, and then turning back around.

• Total Distance: Approximately 3-4 miles (but your distance is your choice).
• Time: About 1.5 hours.
• Flexibility: Remember, this is your walk. If 3-4 miles feels like too much, you can turn around at any point (like when we reach Hi-Wire) to head back to the start.

We will meet at the location in the event picture.
Don't forget the suntan lotion if it's a sunny day :)
We will wait 10 minutes after the event time, and then we start the walk.
