Hi sober and sober curious friends!!
Ready to kickstart another weekend with some feel-good movement and fresh air?! Join me for an outdoor circuit workout that's designed for all fitness levels.
We'll get your body moving and your spirits high with a fun, challenging workout that doesn't take itself too seriously. I promise it'll be an ab-solutely fantastic time 😜
We'll begin at 8:30 a.m. with a brief intention-setting, followed by a mobility-based warm-up to get your muscles ready to go. The meat and potatoes of the workout will be split into a 'cardio blast' and full-body strength based circuit, and we'll wrap up with cool-down stretches.
This workout is limited to max 10 people to keep things personal and ensure everyone gets the attention they need. The best part? This event is donation-based, with absolutely no pressure to pay. I just want you to show up and have a good time!
What to bring:
- A yoga mat or a large towel
- Plenty of water
- A positive attitude (it's contagious!)
Please note I’m a certified personal trainer and will be asking each participant to sign a waiver before we start. Be sure you are cleared to participate in physical activity.
Location: Montford Park, 345 Montford Ave, Asheville, NC 28801.
I’ll be there around 8am on the basketball court OR in the grassy area tucked in to the embankments if court is taken. Please get there 10-15ish minutes prior to 8:30am so we can get started on time.
In the event of rain, event will be postponed.
