Hi Everyone,
This is the first meetup for the group. We will be discussing how much we actually show up in the relationship for ourselves, as well as showing up for our partners.
We will get into:
• Emotional courage
• Owning your impact
• Repair after conflict
• Following through on doing what you say
• Choosing connection over comfort
This will be open format with plenty of time for rich discussion.
Please bring something to take notes.
Coffee, tea, water and light snacks will be provided.
