Masters Park/Haw Creek toward Lunch Rock/Craven Gap

Go to New Haw Creek Road and turn right on Maple Street. You will see Master's Park parking up on a slight hill to your right. So be on the lookout, so as not to miss it.

We'll hike up the mountain from the park then cross the parkway and turn left and go up to the top of the hill, past lunch rock and try to go a total of 3.5 miles before we turn around, if the trail is clear once we go past Lunch Rock and up the hill toward Craven. If it's too messy once we go up that hill, we'll come back down and walk up the parkway a bit, but I've heard it's pretty clearn nearly to Craven Gap.

Remember that it's basically up hill all the way and then down hill all the way. Hiking sticks recommended. I'll be there in my silver subaru.
