Montreat from Lookout parking to Rainbow Ridge to East Ridge to Trestle Trail

We'll be doing a different route than I usually do, but Tracy has done it and given directions: From trailhed, Rainbow Rod to Old Mitchell Toll Rd. to Hickory Ridge Trail which will take us to Lookout Mtn and to E. Ridge trail. We'll come back via Eastridge Trail to Buck Gap and Old Trestle Trail. It's about 5.3 to 5.5 miles. 1100 feet elevation gain. It will probably take us a little over 2 hours. We don't typically stop except for a mid-point water break.
