Asheville Queer Supper Club
Día de los Muertos 💀🌼🫔

Join us for a special Día de los Muertos, inspired Supper Club, an evening dedicated to remembering the people who shaped our lives.
The theme is if you could share one more meal with someone you've lost, what would you cook? Or what is that dish that honors that person.

This is an evening of honoring the people before us. If you'd like, bring a photo or small memento for an alter I will set up with marigolds from the garden and candles. Throughout the evening, we'll share food, memories, and celebrate the connections that continue to nourish us.

A goal of mine at the beginning of the year was to start a queer supper club. My hope is that these dinners become more than just a meal. That they become a place to slow down, cook with intention, and build the kind of community that feels increasingly hard to find. Good food has always had a way of bringing people together, and I'm excited to see what happens when we make room for it to do just that.

This isn't a restaurant meetup. It's a return to the tradition of gathering around a shared table, where everyone contributes, everyone belongs, and community is built one meal at a time.

How it works

  • Limited to 6 people to keep the evening intimate and conversational.
  • The goal is homemade food. This isn't about perfection—it's about sharing something you've created.
  • I'll host in my home, provide the space, set the table, and create the atmosphere.
  • When you RSVP, please comment with the dish you'd like to bring so we can build a balanced menu together. I can fill in any gaps.

Thank you for being here. I can't wait to share a meal with you. All gender expressions are welcomed to the table.

When you RVSP I will respond with directions. I can tell you I am centrally located close to downtown and River Arts District.
