Asheville Queer Supper Club: Holiday Potluck

December Supper Club: Holiday Potluck ✨
For December’s Supper Club, we’re celebrating the foods that make the holidays feel like home. ✨
Bring a dish connected to a holiday tradition, a favorite December memory, your family or culture, or simply something you love eating this time of year.
Whether it’s a recipe passed down through generations or a new tradition of your own, bring something that tells a little story.
A goal of mine at the beginning of the year was to start a queer supper club. My hope is that these dinners become more than just a meal. That they become a place to slow down, cook with intention, and build the kind of community that feels increasingly hard to find. Good food has always had a way of bringing people together, and I'm excited to see what happens when we make room for it to do just that.
This isn't a restaurant meetup. It's a return to the tradition of gathering around a shared table, where everyone contributes, everyone belongs, and community is built one meal at a time.
How it works
- Limited to 7 people to keep the evening intimate and conversational.
- The goal is homemade food, not last minute deli food. This isn't about perfection, it's about sharing something you've created.
- I'll host in my home, provide the space, set the table, create the atmosphere, and prepare the main course.
- When you RSVP, please comment with the dish you'd like to bring so we can build a balanced menu together. I can fill in the gaps.
Thank you for being here. I can't wait to share a meal with you. All gender expressions are welcomed to the table.
