Smash the Patriarchy in the AVL BreakRoom!

UPDATE: You must pay a $33 deposit to be confirmed for the event.

In polite society, women don't often feel they have permission to be angry.

In this event, you will be guided into a space where you can release the rage about current events and anything else!

We will begin with a meditation to be grounded and anchored in the present reality, then move into 25+ minutes of Smashing the Patriarchy!!

When that time is up, we will end with a cool-down meditation to leave calm and collected.

There will also be time to discuss how it felt and what came up for you.

$60/person includes the Break Room fees + life coaching exercises and support with Life Coach Rachel Goldstein

Break Room Fees include 13 provided items you get to choose to break at the Breakroom. If you have your own specific items you would like to break, you are welcome to bring up to 3. More than that will require us to help clean up the room after. :)

Do you have music you want to rage to? Bring it!

The Break Room has 2 rooms that hold 4-5, and a 3rd room where people can splatter paint if they prefer not to break things. If you would rather be in a paint room, let me know- this can be arranged!
