Start your week off with a hike and join me for a morning in nature. This trail is flat, runs adjacent to Laurel River, and we will stop to swim!

• Meet in the parking lot at 9:00 AM, we will begin the hike shortly after. Message if you are running late.
• Waterproof hiking boots recommended.
• Bring a water bottle.
