AYPROS Pub Club: ASHEVILLE ART MUSEUM

Join AYPROS for one of our most unique Pub Clubs yet: an evening on the rooftop of the Asheville Art Museum, complete with a private guided museum tour exclusively for AYPROS attendees.

Perched above Pack Square, the Museum’s rooftop terrace offers sweeping views of downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Mountains, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed summer evening with other young professionals.

Private Guided Museum Tour at 6:00 PM

The Asheville Art Museum has generously arranged a private guided tour just for our group. Museum staff will lead AYPROS attendees through the current exhibitions and share more about the works, artists, and curations on view.

The tour is included with your registration and begins promptly at 6:00 PM.

The evening starts at 5:00 PM on the rooftop terrace. Check in, grab your drink voucher, take in the views, and spend time catching up with friends or meeting someone new before the tour begins. The tour is optional, so anyone who would rather stay on the rooftop is welcome to do so.

After the tour, everyone is invited back to the rooftop to enjoy the rest of the evening.

About Pub Club

Pub Club is intentionally casual. Leave your business cards at home, come as you are, and enjoy an evening of conversation, camaraderie, and community without any pressure or agenda.

Whether you’re brand new to AYPROS or a familiar face, this is an easy way to meet other young professionals in Asheville and spend time in one of downtown’s most beautiful spaces.

Beer and wine will be available. During registration, you’ll let us know which beverage you prefer, and we’ll have the corresponding drink voucher ready for you at check-in. Additional beverages will be available for purchase throughout the evening.

Schedule

5:00 PM — Check-in opens on the rooftop terrace, drinks, and social time
6:00 PM — Optional private guided tour of the Asheville Art Museum
6:45 PM — Return to the rooftop for continued social time
8:00 PM — Event concludes

Parking

Several public parking garages are located within a short walk of the Museum, including the College Street Parking Deck and the Rankin Avenue Parking Garage.

If you don’t mind a short walk, Hatchworks Coworking has generously made parking available free of charge for AYPROS attendees. You may park in the Hatchworks parking lot at 50 South Ann Street or along South French Broad Avenue. From there, it is about a 5–10 minute walk to the Museum.

No formal program. No speeches. No pressure. Just a beautiful rooftop, a private museum experience, and an easy evening with Asheville’s young professional community.
