AYPROS All Access 2026
Details
What would you ask someone who is exactly as successful right now as you hope to be someday?
How did you start? What was your biggest failure? What do you wish you knew at 25 or 30? What decision changed everything? And what would you tell someone sitting where you are right now?
AYPROS All Access is built around those conversations.
On Tuesday, October 6, a small group of Asheville’s young professionals will sit at the table with eight accomplished founders, executives and community leaders for an evening unlike anything we have done before.
This is not a panel. There is no keynote. You will not spend the night sitting in rows listening to someone speak from a stage.
Instead, attendees will take part in four 20-minute small-group conversations, rotating from table to table throughout the evening. Each table will be hosted by one of our featured leaders, giving you the chance to ask questions, hear the stories behind their successes and failures, and have the kind of conversation most people rarely get access to.

After the four conversations, the evening opens up for drinks, food and time to continue the conversations that started around the tables.
All Access is intentionally limited. The point is not to fill a ballroom. It is to create a room where you can actually sit across from people you admire, ask the questions you have always wanted to ask, and leave knowing people you probably would not have known otherwise.
One evening.
Eight leaders.
Four conversations.
A seat at the table.
