  • Other hikes may be added/substituted if they are listed as "Wildcard" hikes (Laurel Park, Tryon, etc).

  • If you have a badge you can always come on a hike, even if you are on the waitlist.

RSVP and On-Time Start:

  • If you decide you cannot come, please change your RSVP to Not Going.
  • If you do not show for a hike and do not put a note in the comments or change your RSVP, you will be marked as No-Show. Chronic No-Shows and last minute cancelers are noted.
  • If you are late, you'll be left behind.
  • Some hikes have "if you're running late" instructions. So, if you think you'll be 15 minutes late, check the description to see, and/or call the hike leader to find out.

Guests: Please ask guests to sign up for the hike themselves. I have had problems with guests being late to the start and/or being totally oblivious to concept of keeping up with the group. If they want to come on the hike, they can sign up themselves.
