Rice Pinnacle - Little Hickory Top Area Winter Hike

This will be a winter hike starting at the Rice Pinnacle Parking Lot and doing 7 to 10 miles depending on conditions. I will try to avoid any steep parts but go at a fast enough pace to keep warm. I am starting at 11:00 to allow it to warm up a bit more. Forecast is for 25F and sunny at that time. Please don't sign up unless you are prepared to hike in potentially icy conditions. Poles and micro-spikes might come in handy.

I drove down to the parking lot this morning and Wesley Branch Rd is treated but still a little snowy in areas. The parking lot has not been treated. Please check for any last minute updates tomorrow morning before leaving for the hike.
