[Sign-up opens 8:00 PM, Sunday October 18th]

Our route for this hike loops around the Bull Creek Preserve before branching off onto the Dam Pasture Connector trail. This takes us to the Swannanoa River trail, then over to the lovely Warren Wilson campus. There, at around our halfway point, we'll take a snack and water break and return the same way.

The total distance is around 6.6 miles with a 425' elevation gain. We'll amble at a 2.5 mph clip. This is a relatively tame hike with a rating of about 3 on a 1-10 scale. Big shout-out to Todd for piecing this trail together and sharing it with me.

Dog Policy: Dogs are extremely welcome but must be leashed.

Guest Policy: If you'd like to bring a guest, they should join the Asheville Hiking Group and sign up for the hike on their own. Alternatively, contact me in advance and ask if it's okay to bring a "+1" after you've made it onto the "Going" list. Depending on timing and demand, I MAY be able to add your guest.
