Tennessee River Class I-II

We will plan to paddle 10 miles of the Little Tennessee river, class I-II, north of Franklin, from Iotla to Lost Bridge. The first half of trip consists of flat stretches and the second half has some small ledges. The river runs through mostly farmlands and woodlands; and has some fun islands and one walkway over river you can venture on.
You must have life jacket, 7' line on bow for man- over- boards, lunch and all your own whitewater gear for the entire day. Please note that the ending time is only a guess. It will be a long day; but to see the beauty, you go the extra.
NO INFLATABLES or SUPs please. Need hard shell kayaks w/ flotation; if you don't have a sit-on-top. Please have everything D-clipped (water bottles, lunch, etc) to your kayak.

We will meet and carpool from Home Depot exit 44. If you live closer to the put-in let me know and I will arrange a meeting time and place.
